Editorial Policy

The GlowNourish standard.

Beauty marketing runs on big promises and “clinically proven” claims that fall apart when you read the fine print. Ava and the team built GlowNourish to cut through that — to explain ingredients and techniques in language that actually helps you decide. This is how we do it.

Ingredients first

We care more about what’s in a product and whether it suits your skin or hair type than about packaging or brand prestige. When evidence for an ingredient is strong, we say so; when it’s mostly marketing, we say that too.

Honest about beauty

We never fabricate “results,” reviews, or clinical studies. Beauty is also personal — what’s holy-grail for one person irritates another — so we frame recommendations around skin/hair type and gentle, patch-test-first habits rather than one-size-fits-all rules. For skin concerns, we’ll always point you to a dermatologist.

No pay-to-play

Affiliate links may earn us a commission (disclosure here), never a glowing review. We include honest cons and budget alternatives.
